Omega watch servicing

Few watch brands have the worldwide appeal and prestige of Omega. The Swiss-made luxury watches are built to last but that doesn’t mean they should be left without maintenance for too long. Ideally, an Omega watch service will be completed once every four or five years to maintain vital working parts.

The work you can expect an Omega watch to receive during a service includes cleaning and polishing, replacing any essential working parts and glass repair. We will undertake a thorough investigation of your watch before quoting how much we think the service or repair will cost.

No work will be carried out for an Omega service without you giving us the green light to proceed. Once agreed, the work will be completed promptly before we send your timepiece back to you in full working order.

You can ship your timepiece to us from anywhere in the UK using our Royal Mail Special Delivery FREEPOST service. Your Omega watch is insured for up to £20,000 throughout its postal journey. That is from the moment the package leaves your hand to when it is posted back to you. When we receive your Omega watch we will discuss any work required and the costs before we carry out the repairs.

We would love to repair any Omega watch from around the world. Outside of the UK you will have to organise shipping, other than that you can expect the same exceptional repair service.
