The movement is inspected, worn parts are replaced or repaired as needed, and the watch is reassembled, lubricated, timed, and tested. Full watch servicing is recommended every 4-5 years.
• Dial restoration and repair, including re-luming – We can replace damaged dials or restore vintage dials with precision.
• Case and bracelet restoration and refinishing – This restores the aesthetic condition by polishing, buffing, and refinishing to remove marks and scratches while maintaining sharp lines and edges.
• Bracelet and strap repair or replacement – Whether it’s a modern bracelet or a vintage strap, we provide professional restoration and refinishing to restore its original look and feel.
• Glass replacement – Replacement of Acrylic, mineral, or sapphire, strictly following your watch’s original specification.

CWC Watch Servicing Process

Booking In – When we receive your CWC watch it is photographed and logged onto our specialised watch repairs computer system

Assessment – Our Master Watchmaker will carefully examine your watch before putting together an estimate for the necessary repair works. We will email or call you to discuss the details. No work will be conducted without you giving us the green light to proceed. 

Repair – Once the estimate is proceeded we will complete the required repairs

Return – All completed servicing work comes with a 12 month guarantee. You can collect your watch for our store in Lewes or Uckfield, or we will arrange fully insured return postage to you

Our Fully Insured FREEPOST Service

You can ship your timepiece to us from anywhere in the UK using our Royal Mail Special Delivery FREEPOST service. Your CWC watch is insured for up to £20,000 throughout its postal journey. That is from the moment the package leaves your hand to when it is posted back to you. When we receive your CWC watch we will discuss any work required and the costs before we carry out the repairs.

We would love to repair any CWC watch from around the world. Outside of the UK you will have to organise shipping, other than that you can expect the same exceptional repair service.
