A family watch was passed to me in a non-working condition. It was sent to the manufacturer who said nothing could be done. I tried W.E Clark and they gave me an estimate for the work, as well as options for enhancement of the timepiece. I chose my options, and the work was undertaken with great communication and care. I had a recently restored pocket watch, by W E Clark, but sadly broke the glass. They replaced it in a very timely fashion for me, with something a little tougher, the cost for this was very reasonable. Great service all round. This is my second pocket watch, both being beautifully restored.

I am delighted with the restoration of my nearly 100 years old wristwatch. I never expected it to run again after I dropped it as several repairers said that nothing could be done with it, but it is is working very well now and I use it every day. It was quite expensive but well worth it to me as it has great sentimental value.

W E Clark are absolute legends. After our local jewellers said it was not possible to repair my grandfather's silver pocket watch I took to the internet to find a specialist pocket watch repairers, after a quick call they sent packaging materials and a job form, a week later after assessment they gave me a price and a time scale for the repair. It was 9mths as they are so busy, they kept me informed told me when the repair was done but they were not happy with the time keeping so sent back to the work shop. My son has now received his great-grandfather's pocket watch in working order with a warranty, service book and care instructions, also very nicely cleaned and polished.

I had an issue with the crown not screwing down on my 1990 Tag Heuer. WE Clark sent me a pre-paid package in which I sent my watch. Received an estimate next day and gave the go ahead for the repair. Watch was returned looking almost new (it is 34 yrs old!) and fully functioning! Communication through the process was excellent both by email and on the phone. Would highly recommend and I will definitely use WE Clark again (I have a few others that need attention!). Thanks for the great service!!

A superb service from this company. I was trying to find someone who would service an old family heirloom pocket watch. They happily took on the job, and fixed it well ahead of schedule. Returned in a lovely case as well. It isn’t cheap, but this requires many hours of very delicate and intricate work and it is a fair rate for what they have to do. I’m very pleased with the end result and would happily use this firm again.

I sent my wife’s grandmothers very delicate gold watch to WE Clark to have a full service and restoration. The consultancy was amazing and we discussed the importance of the watch and keeping the patina of the watch but cleaning it up and repairing it.
