Our Postal Watch Repair Process:

Request your FREEPOST watch repair pack.
Simply fill in the FREEPOST Envelope Request Form below. We’ll send you everything you need: protective packaging, a fully insured (up to £20,000) Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope, and a form to tell us about the work your watch requires.

Send your watch to us free of charge.
Use the FREEPOST envelope provided to send your watch by post. It’s fully insured up to £20,000 and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for added peace of mind.

We log and inspect your watch.
Once received, we will log and photograph your timepiece. Our Master Watchmaker will carry out an initial assessment, and our Company Director, Daniel Blackford, will then report back to you with a detailed outline of the work required and the associated costs.

Approve the work before we begin.
We will never begin any repair or restoration until you’ve confirmed you’d like to proceed. Once approved, we will provide a completion date and ask for a 25% deposit.

If you decide not to proceed, we’ll return your watch.
Should you choose not to go ahead with the repair, a £25 administration fee is payable, and we will return your watch in its original condition.

We complete the repair and return your watch fully insured.
When the repair is complete, we will notify you. Once the balance is paid, we will return your watch using Royal Mail Special Delivery—fully insured (up to £20,000), guaranteed by 1pm the next working day, with a signature required on delivery.
